Encevia was founded by airline pilots who served on the committee and executive of a pilot union. There we saw first-hand where member support falls short: answers buried in long agreements, stretched staff, and questions that arrive at 2am. We built Encevia so unions can give every member a reliable answer, any time, and give their teams the insight to act on it.
